This special sealer creates an invisible, odorless, glass like barrier deep in the pores of your concrete floor and walls. It has a variety of uses, including: reducing and in some cases, preventing efflorescence, outdoor spalling, flaking, and scaling, by forming a vapor barrier on whatever concrete surface it is placed on. It is not recommended for stamped or decorative concrete surfaces, as the intregal color and release agents will interfere with the sealers penetration through the concrete surface. Only water-based and solvent-based acrylic sealers are designed for stamped-decorative concrete. The conventional concrete patio, driveway, walkway, pool deck and basement or foundation walls need to be prepared properly by cleaning it professionally, and the concrete floor must be free of any type of coatings, including paint, grease oil, other sealers, dirt and grime.

Most people find this beneficial in terms of saving time and its cost effectiveness, preventing a future fix on concrete that has not been sealed, thereby is unprotected. This concrete sealing application of a quality penetrating sealant, will prevent moisture penetration, thereby damp proofing, water proof your concrete floor surface down into the concrete, without changing the concrete surface appearance, while making it much easier to clean concrete and in almost all cases, prevents efflorescence and spalling of your concrete surface.
